Prior to joining RMB Solutions, Tom was Vice President of Global Customer Support for Infor.  Tom held a similiar position with MAPICS, Inc. and also General Manager of their complex manufacturing business unit.  Tom spent 25 years with IBM where he held a variety of Management positions including MAPICS World Wide Product Manager.
