Hi, I am Tom Aery, you might remember me from my 20 year association with MAPICS. I was the Product Manager when MAPICS left IBM and was Vice President of Worldwide Support for both MAPICS and Infor until my retirement in 2006.

Retirement was terrific but the opportunity to join the XA Service Management Team was compelling:
